On December 11, the head of the Surgut branch of the political party "Communists of Russia" Vadim Abdurrahmanov took three children. According to him, the removal of children from the family is the revenge of the deputy head of the city of Alexander Pelevin, who oversees all the social services of the city, including guardianship authorities. For four years now, Vadim has been raising the children alone - they are divorced with his wife, according to him, she does not pay child support, and he does not even know where she lives now.

“I learned that I took the children only in the evening, at five o’clock, when I followed them,” says Vadim Abdurrahmanov . - It turned out that there were no children: they were taken even before dinner. The elders were taken from school, and the younger one from the kindergarten. Nobody informed me anything: teachers, educators, everyone scared everyone. They say we were told not to tell you. I tried to figure it out on Wednesday. The children were placed in the hospital, they do not even let them meet with them. I went to custody, they say that the police should figure it out. I went to the police, they again sent it to the guardianship. He returned to the guardianship, where they said that until there was a call from the administration, they will not give children. Consider children against me for political purposes. They beat in sick places, you know - these are children, old people.

Vadim Abdurrahmanov is sure: this is how the city administration takes revenge on him for persistent requirements to allocate land for the construction of a house as a large father. The head of the family claims that during one of the meetings, Vice-mayor of Surgut, Alexander Pelevin, threatened him and promised to take away the children.

- Thus, they are trying to deprive me of the status of a large family, since I write for all instances, I demand not only for myself, but for everyone, so that the queue goes. For four years I have been standing in line for a free land as a large family, and only 50 people advanced. That is, every year they receive a maximum of 10 people every year. At this pace, I need to wait 120 years. "There is no land, you are not supposed to, we will not give it out, wait for your turn." For developers, there are, for them - as much as they like, and for large, beneficiaries, participants in hostilities there is no land, and do not wait. Therefore, at one of the meetings, the deputy head of the city of Surgut Alexander Pelevin openly, right in my eyes, said: "Tired. I am heading the care commission, we will take up children from you, we will devote a large family to the status of a large family, and you will not be able to demand anything." This is their dream, so they use teachers, school principals, in order to deprive me of the status of a large family. They go to everything, these are fascists.

Pelevin himself refused to comment, but later the City Hall Surgut made a message in which they confirmed the seizure of children, explaining this with suspicion of cruelty with them. By the evening of December 12, it became known that at Abdurrahmanov they could have a criminal case because of bruises and abrasions allegedly discovered by the school paramedic on the body of the daughter.

Father denies all the accusations:

-I have notes from the hospital that children do not have bruises, bruises and any signs of violence. I recorded the whole conversation with a doctor who examined the children on the recorder. If there was no yesterday, but today there are, then they themselves did something while the children were sleeping, maybe they pinned the bruises to appear. They are ready for everything, I know our power. They do not allow children to meet with children, first they took the phone from the child. Yesterday they returned, the children called, they cry and ask home. They tell them: your dad is bad, evil, you will live in a good house, try to persuade children. The eldest told me that such things are happening. They work with children in this direction, with them a psychologist 24 hours a day.

Vadim also recorded a conversation with the class teacher of the eldest son on the recorder. According to the teacher, the school principal and an employee of the guardianship authority, so that it would give a negative characteristic of the child and father, put pressure on it. After the refusal, the school employee was threatened with dismissal with the words "you are overwhelmed, you will not work here." According to Abdurrahmanov, the pressure was also on the kindergarten teacher.

- She, too, tried to write a positive characteristic, but she was not accepted at all, since she turned out to be "unfit." I got acquainted with the director of the school to the police. There she wrote that I constantly come to school, demand something from them and talk in high colors, ”says Vadim Abdurrahmanov.

The issue of obtaining political asylum in any European country is being decided, since my children are in danger

He was supported by the heads of the Surgut branch of the Front Party and the Communist Party, the head of the local branch of the LDPR in the Surgut district, as well as local social activists and large families. The oppositionist decided not to use his party "Communists of Russia" for his own protection, as it would "look ugly."

- Many called, said that they were ready to go to rallies and pickets. Everyone connected, except for United Russia. We will conduct single pickets, rallies. The application for the mass picket on December 18 is already ready. Before that, I will conduct single pickets near the administration and announce a hunger strike from the 18th. Now I talked with some famous people, the issue of obtaining political asylum in some European country is being resolved, since my children are in danger. I would stay, to the end with them. I'm not afraid of anything, I'm afraid for children. We must get political asylum and take children from Russia. These damned United Russia are capable of everything, they do not give a damn about children. They either have no children or there are no feelings - one of two, ”says Abdurrahmanov.

According to him, the guardianship authorities today said that they were preparing a lawsuit about deprivation of parental rights.

This is not the first loud business associated with the Surgut oppositionist. Earlier, on behalf of the politician, leaflets were distributed with a call to the revolution, but Abdurrahmanov’s involvement was not confirmed. In 2016, unknown people shot Vadim’s car , allegedly from traumatic weapons, but the matter was not disclosed.

- They have already tried to start a criminal case at about 10 times. They constantly scare me, threaten. They even shot me right near the station, where six cameras cost, and when they began to investigate, they all turned out to be inoperative. I said about five years ago: they will not be killed, so they will put it.
