The prosecutor's office of St. Petersburg filed a lawsuit with the Frunzensky District Court demanding to recover a total amount of 11 million rubles from the coordinator of the local headquarters of Navalny Denis Mikhailov and the press secretary of the Vesna movement Bogdan Litvin because of the alleged damage caused during the action "He is not our king" ". this Denis Mikhailov announced on his Twitter.

The prosecutor's office considered that the participants in the march and rally on May 5 allegedly damaged and destroyed part of the plantings in the central part of the city, and thereby caused damage in the amount of 10 million 953 thousand rubles. In the statement of claim, Mikhailov and Lytvyn are named as the organizers of the event, besides them, some other participants of the rally are also named as defendants.
