A meeting of the Discussion Club "Round table December 12" dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution was held. Its main topic was the PARNAS statement: the Kasyanova party proposed initiating a referendum on the cancellation of raising the retirement age, the municipal filter in the elections of governors and the return of direct elections of mayors. Participants in the round table on December 12 stated that the basic norms of the Constitution were ignored by power and the country is on the threshold of the "deepest national crisis." Experts and politicians opposed changes to the Constitution introduced by the current government.
