President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko held a closed meeting with senior officials a few days ago on the issue of independence in the face of pressure from Russia. This was reported by the sources of the publication "Nasha Niva".

“There was a big meeting with the president. [It said] stand for independence to the end. Everyone supported it,” said one of the interlocutors of the agency.

According to Nasha Niva, Lukashenka, among other things, instructed to pay closer attention to the information field.
