If the court in Chelyabinsk accepts the lawsuit of the local coordinator of “Open Russia” Denis Ibragimov, the regional center “E” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will also act as a co -defendant.
The Coordinator of Open Russia in Chelyabinsk Denis Ibragimov sent a statement to the court against the social network VKontakte, accusing it of illegally issuing his personal data. Another defendant in the lawsuit indicates the Center for Combating Extremism under the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Chelyabinsk region, the organization said.
In his Facebook, the activist reports :
“He sued VKontakte and CPE in the Chelyabinsk region for the illegal issuance of my personal data
How did it happen? The police officer, the factory case of 20.33 in August made a request to VK, in which he did not indicate the basis for the issuance of personal data, and the purpose of their issuance itself.
Without my consent, VK transferred my data to third parties, sending them to some left box.
I demand to recognize a violation of the law, written apology and compensation for non -pecuniary damage. Human rights of postcards helps, thanks to them. We are waiting for the court. "
Not so long ago, Ibragimov had a court of 20.33 Code of Administrative Offenses for “cooperation with an unwanted organization”, at which he found out that the CPE employee made a request to VK to get a list of his personal data.
There was no reason or goals of issuing personal data in the request. “We can say,” the Chelyabinsk “postcard” notes , “that VK without the basis transferred data to the user to third parties, sending them to an informal mailbox. Ibragimov decided to go to court to recognize this action illegal, to get an apology, and moral compensation of 100,000 rubles. ”
Recall, recently, the Smolninsky District Court of St. Petersburg returned to the coordinator of the headquarters of the politician Alexei Navalny in Ufa Lilia Chanysheva, which she filed to the administration of the VKontakte social network due to the transfer of her personal data to the security forces. The head of the Agora (the organization’s lawyers represent the interests of Chanysheva in court) Pavel Chikov stated that it would not be possible to hush up the history and get out of the impact, and now two more claims are being prepared for social networks from other users facing similar actions.
