The authorities will spend another 60 million on the informatization of Novosibirsk medicine

The Novosibirsk government has announced the next competitions to support the state information system in healthcare. Millions will go to companies associated with the namesake of ex-deputy of the State Duma Alexander Abalakov.

The Department of Informatization of the region announced four competitions for the technical support of components of the Unified State Information System in the field of healthcare of the Novosibirsk Region (EGISZ NSO). The authorities needed a company for servicing institutions of the Ministry of Health. The total initial price of contracts is 60.28 million rubles.

The largest tender - for 41.5 million rubles - concerns the support of an automated system of preferential drug support. It is divided into two lots of 20.7 million rubles, and the first won LLC “State Projects 1-Rus”. According to the Kontur-Fokus base, the company belongs to the general director Mikhail Panshin, the Moscow LLC 1C-Rarus UK and the Novosibirsk LLC Eleminvest owned by the full namesake of the ex-deputy of the State Duma, Alexander Abalakov.

The winner of the three other technical support contests will become known only in 2019.
