“Recognizing and protecting human rights, the Russian Constitution establishes the limits of claims to protect such rights, without recognizing rights those that are clearly included in the conflict with the values ​​traditional for Russian society.”

What rights are contrary to our traditional values, Medvedev does not speak. The right to homosexuality? Abortion? Or on a quick and fair proceedings? On self -determination of peoples? Or on the constitution that is observed? It is incomprehensible. Or the right not to be flayers, the right to circuses and zoos, where animals do not torment?

In recent years, we have been making it clear to us: there are values ​​for problems in Russia's relations with the Western world. We are a stronghold, they besiege us, but we, of course, will stand.

The ban on circuses with animals has been discussed in Russia for a long time, and nothing happens. The project "On responsible treatment of animals" was entered in the Duma in 2010 (!), In the first reading it was adopted in 2011. In 2016, the president drew attention to his importance (!) And gave the corresponding order to the Government of the Russian Federation. It was planned that the initiative will be considered in the second reading in June 2017. But reading was only now. We know how the State Duma includes in the frantic printer mode when you should defend the baptized. Obviously, the humanization does not fit into one of the spheres in tradition.

That is, in our “traditional values” to be struck by a stick with a stick, regularly one living creature, so that another, minor, is happy.

And all - for state duties. Meanwhile, the circuses without animals are not only better than the reputation, and where is more profitable. But that we are international experience and public opinion.

“He who served in the army does not laugh in the circus” - this is not about the army and circus, but about scrapers - violence and dull dressing. And not the circus is now protected, but scrapers. I note that the zoo defenders initially considered the ban on only mobile circuits-conteles: they are only a consequence of stationary ones-animals that worked out their age in them in the arenas. But even this attempt on "traditions" is not allowed.

The Zapashny, taking advantage of the sindrome of the besieged fortress, who struck power, shamelessly climbs under patriotic slogans in someone else's business: “Investments that Mr. Gutseriev is going to invest and have already invested, would be more useful for our Russian art” (I quote Kremlin.ru). What ethics (traditional), such an economy.

What is still meant by meaningless phrase-“traditional values”-now in every skirmish with the world? Usually this is somehow linked to traditional religions in Russia. But not one of them encourages cruelty to the creatures of God. And about the circus there - nothing. What specifically to Christianity, in Roman circuses they killed Christians, the apostle Peter, including the animals - zebra and vepon, donkeys and giraffes - raped women. The show set by Cinotiary Karpophor is described: the bull, symbolizing Zeus, raped and killed the Virgin who portrayed Europe. The Romans - then the stronghold of civilization - was rejoiced. Of course, the number is somewhat evidenced in shape, and the message, which is already close to the third Rome.
