So, according to the explanatory note to the bill of the region’s budget for the next year, the Trans -Baikal deputies decided to cancel the payment of Chita subsidies in connection with the status of the capital. In addition, it was decided to cancel the provision of state guarantees of Transbaikalia to entrepreneurs and individual measures of state support for investment activities, innovative activities and procurement activities. The latter will affect companies working in the field of handling of production and consumption waste, as well as city -forming industrial enterprises.

In addition, according to the project of the main financial document of the region, the editorial offices of periodicals and personal subsidiary farms of the residents of the region, as well as horticultural, gardening and country non -commercial associations of Transbaikal residents, will remain without state support. It was also decided to deprive companies in the field of shared construction of apartment buildings. Social support measures will also be canceled in relation to families of specialists living in villages and urban -type villages. And non -working pensioners will no longer pay part of the cost of the ticket in the sanatorium.
