According to the group, Tkachenko was detained based on materials from the book of reports of offenses. He was taken to police department No. 78. The Telegram channel “Bessrochny Protest|SPb” says that another activist was asked to stop the picket.
In addition, activist “Sergei Belyaev, who was present during the pickets, was threatened with a knife by one of the drunken passers-by,” the telegram channel reported. The passerby was detained, Belyaev is going to write a statement to the police.
In early December, five unknown people attacked Tkachenko and two other participants in the “indefinite protest” shouting “Stay at home!” Earlier that same day, Tkachenko and other activists were detained for solo anti-war pickets.
