The publication writes that the Yandex search displayed several hundred receipts posted on the website pay.mos.ru. In particular, receipts for bills for housing and communal services, as well as payment documents, the recipients of which were identified as secondary schools, the Federal Treasury Department and the Moscow State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, were publicly available.

Many documents contain the personal data of payers: the names of parents and their children, information about administrative offenses and the purpose of payments.

Yandex told RBC that the site administrator did not prohibit the search engine from indexing documents, so the files were publicly available.
