Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he would meet with the heads of the regions, who defeated proteges of the Kremlin and the ruling party in the last elections. He explained the absence of such a meeting by waiting for the results of the elections in Primorye.
“They will be, they are scheduled, in my opinion, for the next week. We will have a State Council, and I have already instructed the administration - separate meetings will be held with the newly elected heads of regions. We just had to wait for the results of the elections in Vladivostok,” Putin said.
Earlier, the media noticed that Putin does not hold traditional meetings with the elected heads who defeated the candidates from the United Russia.
