The bank accounts of Denis Mikhailov, the coordinator of Alexei Navalny's headquarters in St. Petersburg, were blocked by order of the bailiff. This was done as an interim measure under the suit of the prosecutor's office for 11 million rubles, which was filed by the department because of the action on May 5 "He is not our king." about this Mikhailov spoke on the headquarters' YouTube channel.

In mid-December, the St. Petersburg prosecutor's office demanded to recover 10 million 953 thousand rubles from Mikhailov and the press secretary of the Vesna movement, Bogdan Litvin. The lawsuit was filed to compensate for the damage caused during the action "He is not our king." According to the department, the participants in the march and rally on May 5 allegedly damaged and destroyed part of the plantings in the center of St. Petersburg. The lawsuit states that Mikhailov and Litvin were the organizers of the event.
