In the Kuzbass, a scandal, and this time in its center, may be a former governor Aman Tuleyev. The reason was the publication of the file, the access to which law enforcement agencies allegedly received during the search in the office of the coal businessman Ruslan Rostovtsev.

Ruslan Rostovtsev - a person in the Kemerovo region is quite famous. He once worked in the metropolitan administration and was the vice-mayor of Sochi, but then he received assets in the coal industry and is now suing the mines with his former partner Alexander Schukin, who had already sued 0.5 billion rubles from Rostovtsev. However, Rostovtsev’s problems are far from only in Russia: he had $ 113 million in Cyprus, in Greece - a hotel, although this is not so important now.

In the spreadsheet, which was published on the Internet, payments and, possibly, bribes for more than 10 years of Rostovtsev’s business activities are recorded.

Among the costs are the most harmless, such as Cyprus Visa, Air ticket Novosibirsk, notary translation, etc. But there are rather suspicious ones, for example, Adm. Kemerovo - $ 50 thousand, the “court” is $ 700 thousand. And, probably, the main thing is “Guber Gift” - $ 39 thousand, “Huber clock” - $ 35 thousand.

In some places in the table, the surname of the former Governor of Kuzbass is mentioned in an open text: “Tuleyev (donations of the mosque and chapel)”-1 million rubles, “Tuleyev (printing house)”-600 thousand rubles.

There are other coincidences. For example, in 2010 there are notes: Merce Rostekhnadzor for $ 127.4 thousand and “K2 Rostekhnadzor apartment” for $ 219.2 thousand. And in 2009, almost every month the name Kazakevich appears, who “leaves” $ 20-60 thousand. An employee with such a surname, indicates the version of the “version”, worked at about the same years in the Siberian Directorate of Rostekhnadzor, the department that controls the work of the mines.

The experts interviewed “Polit.ru” indicate that the published file cannot be used in court, but its appearance should make many think.

The director of the Law and Order charitable institution, Lieutenant Colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, candidate of historical sciences Oleg Ivannikov noted that such files could really surge, since Tuleyev actually headed a large financial and industrial group, which had quite large resources in the Kuzbass. And now, when there is a redistribution of property and spheres of influence, as a result of which criminal cases are massively initiated against the members of the ex-governor’s team, this file can be used in this struggle.

The head of the National Anti-Corruption Committee Kirill Kabanov noted that Tuleev’s corruption ties cannot be ruled out, who led the region for too long, since the 90s, and was constantly in relations with large businesses. So although the file itself cannot be used in court, you can use it in order to make a businessman talk, including Tuleyev. Perhaps Kabanov suggested, this is a hint of Tuleyev himself that it is worth taking his position voluntarily.
