The brother of the defendant of the case of the “Network” received an SMS from the bank about the restriction of the account

In Penza, Alexei Chernov, the brother of the person involved in the case of the terrorist community "Network" Andrei Chernov, came SMS from Sberbank about the restriction of his account. This was announced by the OTD-Info by Chernov himself.

As Chernov said, the SMS message received him after he successfully paid for the sending of the Federal Penitentiary Service to his brother. SMS attached a link from the Sberbank website , which says that the restriction was introduced in connection with the information received from the Federal Service for Financial Monitoring (Rosfinmonitoring) about the possible involvement of the client in extremist activity or terrorism.

At the moment, in the list of extremists on the Rosfinmonitoring website there is only the name of Andrei Chernov, as well as the names of other Penza defendants in the case of the “network”. Aleksey Chernov in the coming days will go to the bank to verify information about the restriction of the account.

• Antifashists Andrei Chernov, Ilya Shakursky, Dmitry Pchelintsev, Vasily Kuksov, as well as Yegor Zorin in Penza in October 2017. They are accused of participating in the terrorist community “Network” (part 2 of article 205.4 of the Criminal Code), the cells of which supposedly are in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Penza and Belarus. In total, 11 anarchists and anti -fascists from St. Petersburg and Penza pass in the case. Law enforcement officers believe that community participants were preparing terrorist attacks in Russia to raise an armed rebellion.
• The defendants in the case of the "Network" talked about psychological pressure, torture and weapons, which the FSB officers threw them. Some of them abandoned the confession and reported that they gave them under torture.
