
The Knesset (Parliament) of Israel a day before the self -development approved a bill allowing the export of medical marijuana, Interfax reports. Now, the newspaper The Times of Israel, the final word behind the government, notes, and in the event of a positive decision of the cabinet, the export of Cannabis from Israel may begin no earlier than six months later. Knesset decided on a sampling on December 26.
According to the newspaper, the bill regulating the procedure for exporting medical marijuana support a number of key ministers. “Israel is perfectly ready to enter the world market of medical marijuana, which is expected to grow to $ 33 billion in five years,” the newspaper quoted the word of the executive director of the Israeli company ICAN, which specializes in the production of cannabis for medical purposes, Saul Kai.

The use of marijuana as a medicine was allowed in Israel in 1993. The export of medical marijuana is now legalized in the Netherlands and Canada.
In addition, this week the National Legislative Assembly of Thailand allowed the use, storage, production, import, export and sale of marijuana for medical purposes. Thailand was the first among the states of Southeast Asia to decide on this step.
