The company of businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin "Concord M" for the first time since 2013 will not serve the New Year's reception in the Kremlin. It is reported by RBC with reference to the public procurement website.
The contract for servicing the New Year's reception in the Kremlin in 2018 went to MSK LLC, registered in May this year. RBC did not find any mention of her activities in open sources, except for three contracts with the presidential administration and the Kremlin food plant.
It is noted that the Office of Presidential Affairs (UDP) spent 13.1 million rubles on the reception, which will take place on December 27. The Contractor is obliged to "develop and agree with the customer schemes, concepts, event service menu", "prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with the approved menu, store them and deliver them to the venue of the event" and "serve the event in accordance with the approved menu at a high professional level," writes RBC.
According to the publication, Prigozhin's Concorde M served at least the last four New Year's receptions in the Kremlin and entered into dozens of other contracts with the Kremlin every year in 2014-2017. In 2018, the presidential affairs department did not contact Concorde M, writes RBC.
Earlier, Kommersant, citing sources , reported that structures close to businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin would build a judicial quarter in St. Petersburg with the seat of the Supreme Court (SC) of Russia and the Boris Eifman Dance Palace worth 35.7 billion rubles.
On December 20, during the annual press conference, Vladimir Putin, answering a question about Yevgeny Prigozhin, who is called the "Kremlin cook", said that all his cooks work in the Federal Security Service.
“I have no other chefs. If someone wants to stick labels, that's their business, we have such a political fuss. We do not pass this “food” to anyone, except for the FSO.”
