In St. Petersburg, Ilya Tkachenko, an activist of the "indefinite protest", was detained when he was leaving his house. This was reported to OVD-Info by the Detainees Assistance Group.

At the moment, Tkachenko was taken to the 34th police department. The reason for the detention was that the young man was in a support group near a solitary picket of an activist who was holding a poster "Putin is not good." UPD 13:30 A public defender is not allowed to visit Ilya Tkachenko, despite the presence of a certified power of attorney, reported the Detainees Assistance Group . The defender is required to confirm the status of a lawyer.

UPD 14:00 The police took Tkachenko to the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg. He was not allowed to get acquainted with the protocol on an administrative offense, and his lawyer was also not allowed to see him.
