In St. Petersburg, an unlimited protest participant Ilya Tkachenko took police officers from the house. The reason was a picket near the Black River metro station. The spontaneous movement "Unlimited protest" arose after the All -Russian action passed on September 9 against raising the retirement age. Its participants also oppose the conflict with Ukraine, police violence and restrictions on freedom of speech.

The police regularly prevents the holding of shares, and the participants in the "unlimited protest" are often detained and judged. Activists also complain of threats and the use of violence by employees of the Center for Combating Extremism, better known as the E -E Center.
