In Kazan, a decision was made on the administrative arrest of two participants in the “indefinite protest”

The Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan ruled to arrest the activists of the "indefinite protest" Mikhail Postnikov and Dmitry Yegorov. They were detained on the same day - December 27th. The reason for this was the events that took place in different months. OVD-Info was told about this by the activist of Open Russia Gulnaz Ravilova.

Mikhail Postnikov was detained around noon on December 27 and taken to police station No. 2 "Vishnevsky". Three hours later, Dmitry Yegorov was detained at the moment when he was leaving the entrance. He was taken to the same OP No. 2 "Vishnevsky".

Postnikov was charged with holding a public event without filing a notice (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of the action against the pension reform, which took place on September 9. He was left in the department for the night before the trial. On December 28, the Vakhitovsky District Court arrested the activist for 10 days under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

A protocol was drawn up against Yegorov on charges of repeated violation of the procedure for holding an event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The police officers decided that he had committed an administrative offense during the action “Stop putting a bolt on our Constitution” , which the activist held on Constitution Day. Egorov was also left in the department for the night before the trial. On the afternoon of December 28, the Vakhitovsky District Court arrested the activist for 12 days on charges of this offense.
