Samara minister recommended to start a garden to provide children

The Minister of Socio-Demographic and Family Policy of the Samara Region Marina Antimonova on Twitter gave advice to mothers who do not have enough money for food for children.

A resident of the region complained to the official of a child’s allowance in the amount of 50 rubles. Antimonova in response stated that the state did not “contain everyone” and asked where the father of the child was located.

After the media replicated the statement of Antimonova, she apologized.
