Putin canceled roaming in Russia

President Vladimir Putin signed a law that cancels intra -network and national roaming in the country. The corresponding document is published on the portal of legal information.

Earlier, the draft with amendments to the Law “On Communications” was approved by the State Duma and the Federation Council. It comes into force on June 1, 2019.

According to amendments, subscribers of Russian cellular companies will pay mobile communications at the same tariff as in the home network, while in another region or connecting on a trip to another operator. In addition, free incoming calls were fixed in the law.
