Shik is not calm and businesslike-he offers to sit on the nearest bench and begins to tell.

Children went to Turkey back in March, but he released the national team attacking the mayor of Oleg Shkuratov only on December 20. The investigator is unexpectedly sentimental: allegedly did not want to injure the president of the fund and the widow of the ambassador Andrei Karlova Marina Mikhailovna, whom he considered the “holy woman” until her last press conference, where she “doused Shiku densely with mud ”. Yes, she contacted “unseemly people”, but this is not a reason to hurt, the journalist says.

Shik claims that in the spring the fund will recruit a new group of children for a trip and he sought to prevent “new abuses” and insist on “pure selection”. According to her, in the press, Turkish and Russian, there were dozens of plots about this event, but the search does not confirm this. Shik defines the mayor of Shkutov as "the owner of factories, newspapers, steamboats." The main earnings of Shkuratov, according to the journalist, are now coming from tenders to improve streets and garbage collection, but he became famous as the king of Klintsovsky textiles and real estate. He has a protracted conflict with the governor: back in 2014, the Bogomaz, then the State Duma deputy, tried with the help of law enforcement agencies and the Antimonopoly Committee to besiege Shkuratov, who bought a building behind the building in the city: a former kindergarten, a children's art school and a library reading room were allegedly bought at a low price. It was not possible to prove anything then.

Bogomaz became the governor, and Shkuratov, in addition to leading the city, established a large media company. In terms of "newspapers" he owns the Klints.TV channel. Shkutov’s media company wins the tender behind the tender for the coverage of city events, and now she pulled up to herself and the tender to cover the governor’s activities, thereby insulting chic and depriving him of the personal small media of the main method of monetizing the media in Klintsy.

The editor -in -chief of Klints.info without hesitation says that he earns this way: until August he was on the governor's tender, which explains the lack of criticism of the Bryansk authorities. “They [mayor and his people] went out over the edge. They forced me to raise a political question with their vile behavior, ”Shik explains the motivation.

The governor Bogomaz reported Shkuratov at a meeting in Bryansk, but Shik is sure that, despite the reprimand, Shkuratov will remain in its place. “Crime in his actions, in any case, in this story with children, no, there is no corpus delicti. Morally - yes, he is wrong, ”says Shik.

At the end of the exit from the next meeting, Shikhatov finally denied that the meeting in Bryansk was on this topic: “Yesterday the governor had an annual charity ball, and we all visited him, as always,”. After that, he immediately clarifies the amount of compensation he paid - 450 thousand rubles. The question of why he did not pay for the trip immediately, in the spring, calls "incomprehensible in structure."

“I was on a business trip at my own expense, understand? Now the situation has unfolded that this persecution of children has begun ... Children were divided into correct and wrong. Like, the children of officials are wrong, and the rest are normal. And in order to stop this, I decided to take these costs, ”the mayor explains.

The exact number of children of officials on that trip, he greatly underestimates in comparison with what the media wrote about are only four children. “Among them [children] single mothers, one disabled person, one Unarmean child who should be in the forefront!” - cuts off Shkuratov. Councils with Turkish Demre will continue to maintain the Clines, but whether the charity fund will continue to participate in this - the decision of Marina Karlova, the mayor adds, rapidly hiding in the office.

Locals, but she says, if they trade, then in the form of waste: they simply buy “devils” in Moscow wholesale and sell in the Klintsy in the markets.

A former military pilot, he was able to gain a foothold in the small business and lives safely, but in general, the welfare of the Clines is dissatisfied: "People live for seven thousand!" Other questioned citizens are not surprised - each of them evaluates the situation approximately as briefly and capaciously and immediately begins to talk about his painful. Previous as everywhere: unjust judicial cases, expensive products, are especially worth the story with the “Chernobyl houses”. The city of Klintsy is located in a zone affected by radiation after the Chernobyl disaster. According to the law, since 2010, residents of such territories can, upon moving to another region, give their housing to the state on the terms of compensation. The city authorities accept these houses for balance, and then provide the waiting list as municipal housing. So many did, and most often these houses are ownerless and rot.

Residents do not complain to the city authorities at all, but they are not afraid to openly speak out against, says Klin resident Dmitry Ivanov, who is also busy in trade. “After the interview of Karlova, everything froze. Nobody will go against the authorities. They will write in social networks, and no one will say anything to the journalist, ”he says. "All children constantly go like that at all times, unfortunately!" - notes the entrepreneur Yuri.

Emotional reaction

Another attraction of the Klints is associated with the dead ambassador Karlov-the Holy-Nikolsky temple of buildings at the beginning of the 20th century at the elevation at the Moskovka River, quite respectfully renovated from the outside and abundant by ancient icons and frescoes inside. Here Karlov was baptized, he helped this temple, here he used to pray during his lifetime, his widow was praying here now.

Carlov’s family happens in the church, but the charity fund practically does not interact with her, his representatives were there only once, along with the delegation of the Klintsovskie administration and the Turk from Demre. “They just got acquainted with the story, we gave them an icon, and that’s it,” recalls Father Pavel. “My reaction was emotional not to clinics, but to the situation,” the deputy explains “such matters”. “This is not only in the Klintsy.” He proposes, before making any final judgments, to wait for the results of the investigation of the commission created on the occasion under the Government of the Bryansk region, which includes the prosecutor of the Bryansk region Nikolai Zhurkov: “It is necessary to understand how many children went, from what other regions, for what reason, this trip was originally engaged towards officials.”

“Children are not responsible for their parents. And parents sent them to the money of the fund, not state. Therefore, if we talk about responsibility, it can only be moral, ”concludes Valuev. He himself has already promised to follow the situation and keep it under control. He often travels to the Bryansk region and willingly photographs during his work. When there will be the next trip, the deputy does not yet know, but he promises not to forget about Klintsy.
