Translation author: ??? Disclaimer for filling. Required reading.
1 . To fill the material you need to remember the following:
a) this template cannot be changed;
b) we do not touch materials from the list. They are either already flooded or awaiting their fate.
You need to follow this scheme: create a new page -> my templates -> select a template depending on the section of the material or its content (as in the case of an open letter, for example. It relates to the university, but the design for it is appropriate)
2 . All pictures in the image template should look perfect at this scale. Pixelated and blurry images are not acceptable. The same applies to pictures with watermarks.
3 . If the text consists of several paragraphs in a row without interruptions, then they should be filled into one text block, and not divided into 500 blocks. This will make it easier to edit later
4 . After filling in the text, you must make sure that the margins between the text and pictures (and not only) are the same everywhere . The optimal indentation is 1 line. Indents are set in the block settings. It’s better to make a template block with an indent at the beginning of the fill and then copy it, so that later you don’t have to redo the entire text.
5 . No dashes (-) or quotation marks (""). Editorial analogues only: - ;
"".
6 . Click Publish. Look at the text. Check if all the letters “е” are in place.
7 . After filling, you need to go to the settings, set a title and subtitle there, and a link to the text like:
doxajournal.ru/uni/name - university section
doxajournal.ru/stadis/name - stadis section
Titles are written in English (not transliterated), words are separated by underscores. They shouldn't be too long
- 1-3 words.
Look in the settings in the badge. This is the picture that is displayed when attaching a link on social networks.
Also in the settings in the “advanced” section you need to find the column
“subtitle” and indicate the type of article there: UNIVERSITY, TRANSLATIONS, REVIEWS.
8 . Lead is required for writing. Without a lead, you cannot release material.
It is being discussed with the editors.
9 . Once you clicked the “Publish” button, this does not mean that the article has appeared on the site. This is done manually as follows:
go to the main page of Doxa in tilde -> find “DOXA Magazine”
with a house icon -> add an article to the slider with new material
and in the catalog with other articles . Next, the material needs to be attached to the section: the main page of the doxa in the tilde -> select the desired section (stage, university) -> add it to the slider with new material and the catalog .
The slider should have 4-5 new materials.
10 . Immediately after publication, copy the links in Facebook and VK with posts in order to paste them into the comment block. It's at the very bottom.
Attenzione: The “Download to PDF” button is attached only for academic articles (stadis) that have a file/document that can be inserted.

How to make anchor links?
Anchor links are notes within the text.
They look like this:
Smart reference [1]
Notes inside the text:
[1] It really is , 2019. The author is known to a narrow circle of people.
(Yes, names are in italics)
We proceed like this:
(1) in the block where there is a note, go to settings, scroll down to the line Block id: #rec123456789. Copy what is after the # sign;
(2) go down to the block with the reference. Yes, all notes are formatted in separate blocks. If there are 50 of them, we make 50 blocks. Select square brackets with a number inside. Next, click “insert link”. We do the same with the block with a note: settings -> copy the ID -> up to the block with the number -> paste the link .
