The Ministry of Emergency Situations has completed a rescue operation at the site of the explosion in Magnitogorsk. According to the first deputy head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Alexander Chupriyan, there are no more people under the rubble.

“We removed the last, 39th body today, we guarantee that there are no more people in the building. The Ministry of Emergency Situations is completing the rescue operation,” Chupriyan said, adding that 38 bodies had been identified.
