In Perm, a criminal case was opened against Navalny supporter Alexander Shabarchin for hooliganism

In Perm, a supporter of Alexei Navalny, Alexander Shabarchin, was prosecuted for hooliganism by prior agreement (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code), they write on the page of the local headquarters of the politician.

In the morning they came to the young man with a search, they confiscated all his equipment. Shabarchin was taken to the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee, from where he was released with a written undertaking not to leave, according to the publication.

Two other people are believed to be charged in this case. Navalny's supporters suggest that the criminal prosecution is connected with the action with the doll of President Vladimir Putin. When exactly this action took place is not specified. Headquarters employee Natalya Vavilova sent a video to OVD-Info , which staged the detention of a man in Putin's cardboard mask.

UPD 15:50 Shabarchin told Mediazone that the case was initiated because of two actions, in which, according to the activist, he was not involved. As part of the first, " a scarecrow with the image of Putin in a prison uniform and with the inscription "War criminal Pynya" was installed on one of the streets of Perm, and the second participant hung an image of Putin's face on a street tree and put leaky boxes under it with the inscriptions "VAT 20 percent" and self-employment tax.
