The number of those killed in an explosion in a residential building in Magnitogorsk on Thursday reached 39 people, among them - six children. Rescue operation is over. The main official version remains an explosion of domestic gas in one of the apartments. The companies that were responsible for the operation of the house have already passed searches. House 164 on Karl Marx Street, where an explosion occurred on the night of December 31, is located in the Office of the Criminal Code of the Criminal Code of the Housing Economy of the city of Magnitogorsk (TZHKh Magnitogorsk). Employees of the Investigative Committee, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB conducted searches at the company's office on the day of the tragedy, Znak.com reported.

• Owners. This is one of the largest private Criminal Code of the city: it is in charge of 222 houses with a total area of ​​1.15 million square meters. Data on the company entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in 2015. The control package (80%) “TZh Magnitogorsk” belongs to Anatoly Kuznetsov. He worked for at least 10 years in structures associated with urban housing and communal services. Another 10% of the company belongs to his business partner Gennady Primak, together they own Mercury. It also runs the housing stock - in the public procurement system there are contracts of the company with the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Chelyabinsk Region, the administration of Magnitogorsk and the Chelyabinsk Regional Property Fund for the maintenance of apartment buildings. Until March 2017, Alexander Lednev was the owner of another 10% TZHK. Now he heads the Unified Calculus Center (ERCC)-a unit of the Magnitogorsk administration, which expects a fee for housing and communal services.
• Income. TZHH Magnitogorsk finished 2017 with a revenue of 223 million rubles and a profit of 3.6 million rubles. The previous two years the company was also profitable. Mercury LLC in 2015-2017 worked with revenue about 10 million rubles, net profit did not reach 1 million rubles.

But, according to Znak.com, searches after the tragedy were also held at Magnitogorskgazstroy offices. This company specializes in maintenance of main gas pipelines and intra -house gas equipment, it is indicated on its website . Its owners are the former chairman of the urban economy, construction and ecology of the Magnitogorsk City Board Gennady Nikiforov (88.06%) and Sergey Andreev (11.94%), general director of the Magnitogorskmezhraigaz gas distribution company. The structure of Gazprom. On December 31, investigators also visited the Magnitogorsk office of Gazprom Gas Distribution Chelyabinsk, which is responsible for the state of the gas pipeline from its connection to the locking valve at the junction with intra -apartment equipment, Znak.com reported . The company's press service has already reported that the next planned maintenance of the victim of the house was carried out in March 2018. In May 2017 and 2018, a pressure testing of intra -house gas equipment was also carried out, "which showed the compliance of networks with regulatory requirements." The company representative Elena Markova, the only one with whom the Bell has managed to contact, only noted that the company cooperates with the investigation to establish the causes of the tragedy.
