Football player Alexander Samedov leaves Moscow Spartak. The club agreed with the 34-year-old midfielder to terminate the contract by mutual consent of the parties.

Samedov began his adult career at Spartak in 2001 and played for the red-whites until 2005. In the winter of 2017, the midfielder returned to Spartak and together with the team won the Russian championship at the end of the 2016/17 season, as well asthe country's Super Cup in the summer of 2017.
In his playing career, Samedov played for Lokomotiv Moscow (2005-2008 and 2012-2016), Moscow (2008-2009) and the capital's Dynamo (2010-2012).
The midfielder has 53 matches and 7 goals for the Russian national team, with which he reached the 1/4 finals of the 2018 home World Cup, and after the defeat by the Croatians , he announced his retirement from the national team.
