Specialists from the Magnitogorsk Institute for Design of Metallurgical Plants (Magnitogorsk Gipromez) did not record any displacement of the building structures in Magnitogorsk, where the entrance collapsed . The experts' conclusion was published on the city administration website.

Magnitogorsk Mayor Sergei Berdnikov said that the building had been inspected at the request of the residents. "For several days, the design organization's employees visually inspected the apartments and installed the necessary monitoring devices on the cracks. Over these three days, the cracks had not shown any dynamics," Berdnikov said.

He added that after the demolition of the two entrances most damaged by the explosion, the technical inspection of the two parts of the house will be conducted again. As reported earlier, after this, the authorities will make a final decision on the future fate of the building.
