Three children and their parents, who suffered in a fire in a private house of the village of Itatka, Tomsk Region, were sent for treatment to Nizhny Novgorod. Special Border arrived in Tomsk in the morning, January 7th. The petition under the heading “Help the children is not too late” with the message that their close week could not get to the burn center, published Oksana Valeeva on the website of Change.org. According to her, the transportation of children was delayed due to problems with the payment of the aircraft.

A fire in the village of Itatka occurred on December 29. According to the official version, a gas cylinder exploded in a wooden house. A family of five people suffered: the head of the family, Alexander Frolov, received a burn of 54% of the body, his wife Tatyana - 66%, their children: Nikolai (11 years old) - 75% of the body; Anton (6 years) - 40% of the body, the youngest, Stepan (1 year 2 months) - 50%. Immediately after the fire, adults were delivered to the burn center of the regional clinical hospital of Tomsk, and children - to the intensive care unit of the ambulance hospital No. 2. The children were in extremely serious condition. Nikolai and Stepan were connected to the Ivl and introduced into a drug sleep (to whom).

It seems that Tanya and Sasha were filled with a gas cylinder at a gas gas station in Tomsk, brought him home, put it into the room - and then a cotton rang out. As a result, the whole house spread, the roof collapsed. As they were alive at all ... Sasha pulled everyone out, he works in a local fire department. They only recently built this house, they lived there for only two months, and now nothing is left, and they themselves are in such a terrible state ... - says Tatyana Frolova’s sister Anna Miroshnichenko.

All the holidays of the relatives were on duty at home on the phone. They were allowed to go to the hospital only on the fourth day. Moreover, doctors preferred to communicate only with the older sister of Oksana, since she has a medical education by the profession of a nurse.

“Oksana constantly spoke with doctors,” says Anna . - On the phone, she was informed about the condition of adults, but not about children, so we also went to the hospital. And then I saw my relatives ... There are no words ... Sasha (father) has a black body. Although the doctors encouraged that this was only a superficial burn, they simply covered them with a fiery wave, and everything would heal, although it would be treated for a long time, but Tanya will need plastic. Her back was very burned, deep burns on her body. Although the most difficult thing is to do with the eldest son of Kolya - he has prohibitive burns ...

Oksana also reflected details of communication with doctors in the petition:

"30, 31, January 1, I came to meetings with a resuscitation doctor and every day they said the same thing for me:" Children are in extremely serious condition, we do everything possible. "On January 2, I called disaster medicine in the Tomsk region, where they answered me that everyone knows about this tragedy: the Department of Health of Tomsk, the Ministry of Emergencies and even the Governor. But no one at the meeting was said to me again, and then I called to do something on January 4. The plane is now important, and the authorities are inactive.

- Oksana, why did you decide to create a petition?

- There is no specialized burn department in the children's hospital, so local doctors simply supported their nephews, but they could not provide specialized treatment, such as in the Lower New Novorod. The doctors at the meeting themselves admitted that it was necessary to bring children either to Kemerovo or to Nizhny Novogorod, but in the end they said that it was better in Novogorod, because there is even a specialized laboratory in which they grow artificial skin. And this skin then takes root better than the real one.

- But, if everything went according to plan, why did you decide that the transportation is delayed?

- You see, upon receipt of such burns, a person is at first in a state of shock, and it cannot be taken and touched, and then a “window” appears - literally in a couple of days - to organize transportation or urgently organize another treatment, since after that the next stage begins - intoxication of the body. And this needs to be prevented, and you can’t hesitate here! And when we started to wait for this “window”, we were worried that you could miss the time, and called disaster medicine in Moscow. And already there, the doctors said that the board was ready, but for some reason they do not make a decision on the departure. And this decision should be made between Moscow and Tomsk - who will pay the side. And we panicked!

- The petition was signed by more than 1,200 people per day. And at the same time, it was decided that your loved ones are still transported to Nizhny Novgorod. Do you think this coincidence or affected public outcry?

We are grateful for the help, but of course I would like to have a burn center for children in our city and no one else had to worry about what we experienced

- We do not know what in the end gave an impetus, but everyone responded. The Deputy Governor of the Tomsk Region for Social Policy, Ivan Deev, contacted us. He was even with us at a meeting in a children's hospital. We are grateful for the help, but of course I would like to have a burn center for children in our city and no one else had to experience what we experienced. The petition was created precisely for such a purpose-to pay attention to this problem, to ensure that the special forces be in our city, and not in some others that still have to be reached.

- What information is there today?

- In the morning of January 7, our loved ones still flew out of Tomsk. Sister Tanya was able to call on her mother and say about it. All five transported: both adults and children, but only doctors flew with them, none of us took. There is no more information. The heaviest patient is still an older nephew. Kolya is still on the Ivl, so we can only pray and hope for doctors in Nizhny Novgorod ...
