British troops dismantle the roof of Sergei Skripal's home in Salisbury, where he was allegedly poisoned with the nerve agent Novichok.
According to the Press Association , local authorities sent a letter to residents of the area, notifying them that work would begin in the near future. The building will be covered with a special dome, after which the roof will be completely dismantled and replaced with a new one. The authorities described the health risk to residents as "low".
