In St. Petersburg, the Moscow District Court sentenced to three years the colony of the accused of fraud by former police officer Andrei Pavlov, who “Kryshawed” Bordeli, the United press service of the city’s courts reports .

The court decided to find Pavlov guilty under an article on fraud on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code).

As the court established, Pavlov invited the hostess of brothels by the name of Boykov to pay him 70 thousand rubles a month to warn her about the preparatory inspections by law enforcement agencies and helping her subordinates to avoid criminal liability.

“At the same time, the defendant realized and was reliably aware that in reality it did not have any authority to resolve the above issues and had no intention of carrying out such actions,” the court said.

The investigation established that from 2011 to 2016, the former policeman received about five million rubles from the hostess. The defendant admitted his guilt and said that "he would not commit more crimes."
