The number of categories in the “Age-Stage” coefficient increased from four to 58, and for drivers from 16 to 21 years, the maximum coefficient will be 1.87 (was 1.8). For experienced drivers over 59 years old, the KVS will decrease to 0.93.

The Central Bank published an instruction on December 29, indicating that it enters into force 10 days after the day of official publication, with the exception of some provisions.
