Glavbukh Fan complained of the court’s refusal to accept the lawsuit against the US Ministry of Justice

The Sestroretsky District Court of St. Petersburg registered a complaint with the chief accountant of the Federal News Agency (FAN) Elena Khusayinova to refuse the court to accept the lawsuit of the US Ministry of Justice. This was reported by the United press service of the courts of St. Petersburg.

Khusyanova believes that the court ruling is illegal and is subject to cancellation, since it was made in violation of procedural law. Glavbukh said that the court incorrectly appreciated the contents of the claim. According to her, she did not demand to recognize the accusations of the Ministry of Justice illegal, but only she wanted to compensate for the moral damage caused by publication on the website of the American department.

On October 22, the US Ministry of Justice accused the 44-year-old Russian woman Elena Khusayanova of trying to intervene in the interim elections of the United States, which should be held in November. According to the Ministry of Justice, the purpose of the accused was to “sow discord in the political system of the United States”, arranging a disinformation on the Internet on a number of controversial political issues, such as migration or weapons control.

It was noted that the work of Khusyainova was financed by businessman Evgeny Prigozhin, known as “Putin’s cook” (owns the fan and is also accused of interfering with the US election), and two companies that he controls. On December 22, a Russian woman, along with GRU officers, fell under US sanctions.

Then Khusyanova filed a lawsuit to protect the honor, dignity and business reputation to the US Ministry of Justice and demanded to recover 5 million rubles. It was noted that in addition to compensation, the accountant demanded to withdraw the charges from her. The court refused to adopt a lawsuit, since Khusyanov’s defense in the charges should be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the state that this charges put forward.
