Hacker from Shaltai-Boltai spoke about supervising the FSB group

A hacker from the Anonymous International group, also known as Shaltay Dumpty, Konstantin Teplyakov, who was released from the colony on parole, said that the group worked under the leadership of the FSB.

“[The head of Anonymous International, Vladimir] Anikeev kept in touch with the FSB officers. He regularly went to consultations, to some kind of statements in Moscow or St. Petersburg <...> There was evidence of this, he brought instructions for work, demands to start some business, some to stop. These were verbal recommendations, ”Teplyakov told RBC .

According to him, Anikeev has been working with the FSB since August 2015, but even before that time, Teplyakov understood that someone “gives instructions and determines the direction” of the group’s work.

Teplyakov suggests that officers of the FSB Information Security Center, who were arrested on charges of treason at the end of 2016, could have contacted Anikeev. The fact that a criminal case was eventually opened against the hackers from Shaltai-Boltai Teplyakov connects with the conflict within the FSB: “It’s just that some departments turned a blind eye to us, while others worked for us, that’s all. It's just inconsistency."

Teplyakov, Anikeev and other members of Anonymous International were charged with illegal access to legally protected information. They, among other things, hacked into the correspondence of presidential aide Andrei Belousov, TV presenter Dmitry Kiselev and head of the directorate of Sberbank Yevgeny Kislyakov, recognized the investigation and the court. The Humpty Dumpty blog also published the contents of the mail of the press secretary of the Prime Minister Natalya Timakova, the deputy head of the internal policy department of the presidential administration Timur Prokopenko, the head of Roskomnadzor Alexander Zharov and other officials.
