Trump refused to participate in the Davos forum

US President Donald Trump, due to problems with the government shutdown, decided to refuse to participate in the economic forum in Davos.

"Due to Democrats' intransigence on border security and the critical importance of keeping our people safe, I am respectfully canceling my very important trip to Davos for the World Economic Forum," Trump tweeted.

Funding from the US government has been suspended due to disagreements over the construction of a wall on the border with Mexico. Democrats refuse to allocate money for this, which is why the budget was not adopted, and a number of departments were left without funding.
