In Perm, an activist of the local headquarters of Navalny Danil Vasiliev and Libertarian Alexander Kotov became suspects in the criminal case of the action with a scarecrow of President Vladimir Putin. At that moment, someone knocked on my shoulder. I turned around: three people in civilians said that they had to drive with them, ” said Shabarkin Radio Freedom.
