A picketer with a poster “I am against the war with Ukraine” was detained in St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg, Semyon Tkachuk was detained, who was standing with a poster "I am against the war with Ukraine." He himself told OVD-Info about this.

The man was brought to police station No. 28. According to the activist, at first he stood in a single picket on Malaya Sadovaya Street. Then three police cars arrived there, and Tkachuk decided to change the place of the action.

After that, the police approached him anyway — they said that “complaints from citizens had been received” against the picketer, and they detained him. In a conversation with OVD-Info, the activist noted that passers-by reacted positively to his poster.
