About lawlessness, redistribution and limit in the Moscow region

Vorobyov and Ko for the seventh year systematically destroy the historical places of the Moscow Region. Why did they first set to eliminate local self -government, in fact depriving the voice of the inhabitants. So, in recent years, villages and villages are forced to unite in urban districts of incredible sizes, with their management of large cities.

Back in 2016, our Malakhovka, Kraskovo, Tomilino and the village of Oktyabrsky were attached to the Lyubertsy. Despite the protests of the inhabitants, the manual media joyfully reported that in each village about 500 inhabitants allegedly supported this decision. Although the inhabitants were not notified of such public hearings, and they passed with numerous violations. Upon learning of this intention of the authorities thanks to the “word of mouth” (there were practically no information on the official sites), people began to collect signatures against the association with the city. Only one Tomilino came to the hearings about a thousand protesting residents, which, of course, were not allowed to. About three thousand signatures against the association were also collected there. It was also in other villages, but all the opinions of the inhabitants were thrown out by officials into the garbage basket.

What does this association mean in practice, for example, for malakhovka? The fact that now a village, which has historical, cultural and environmental value, is built up with high -rise buildings, like a city. All socially significant issues are discussed not in Malakhovka, but in Lyubertsy, and it is strongly impossible to learn about their discussion. Local entrepreneurs were injured, and with them residents. For example, the company that took out the garbage, did not find a common language with the Lyubertsy officials, the contract with it was terminated, and for more than a year now residents have been exporting garbage on their own. And who cares about this problem in Lyubertsy? And it happened to so many social needs. But large -scale construction projects of high -rise buildings have unfolded - now the Malakhovka is already surrounded by them from all sides. The highway was built without demand through the village, which has already significantly changed both life and appearance, turning the historical place of rest into a city. At the same time, land plots are assigned to officials of the Moscow region.

Yesterday the same was done with Kratovo. Although residents launched an active protest, so even the head of the Human Rights Council Mikhail Fedotov came to the so -called public hearings. But his officials near Moscow did not let him in, and he stood with hundreds of other residents on the street. Obviously, the hearings could not be recognized as taking place, and local officials assured the protesters that there would be the second stage of the hearings.

However, last night, January 10, a meeting of local hand deputies was secretly organized, who voted to join Ramensky contrary to the opinion of the inhabitants. The protocol of this atrocity is not published, everything is done under the carpet, as usual.

I don’t know what to do in this situation, incredibly beautiful places are destroyed irrevocably. It is clear that only officials can be interested in the association for the ease of arbitrariness. The Government of the Moscow Region also prepared for this campaign, by changing the charter of the Moscow region, the law on the local referendum and other legal acts. So, in today's conditions, the referendum has become absolutely impossible, even if the governor himself initiates it - such strict rules on the number and procedure. In addition, all significant issues that residents can allegedly can be excluded from the law. The concept of “civil initiative” remains so far, which does not promise anything by and large. Article 10 of the Charter of the Moscow Region, dedicated to it, is significantly reduced. True, the last point has remained so far that guarantees the right to the initiative of the resignation of officials.

Nevertheless, what do I propose in this hopeless situation? Resist.

And to everyone who lives in the suburbs and does not want to put up with the lawlessness of the officials near Moscow, in the person of Vorobyov - to amend the spring and collect signatures for his resignation during the summer.

At least for yourself personally that not everyone agrees with this enslave.
