The regime self -preservation chronicle is included in the terminal stage

The main property of current policy in Russia is patience and endurance. After a short oil prosperity and relative lull, the country entered the thickening strip of problems and conflicts: the crisis became the norm, and the simulation of victories in the realities of decline - the main care and art of stability policy. The system looks invulnerable and, moreover, coming out of every new misfortune, only even more consolidated. However, recently, shifts have been outlined both in the minds of the masses and in the very ability of the regime to productively digest troubles. The government responds to reducing the ratings with the usual “pre -election” methods, only aggravating the situation. This does not mean a close inevitable collapse, but in any case, it reveals a lot and leads to the need for changes.

Marble liner

In history, everything was already very recognizable. Zhang Han, the Chancellor of the Tang dynasty, famous in the Middle Kingdom with wise tips, wrote: "The waters that carry the boat can also absorb it." The meaning of the saying is that the emperor must love his people, otherwise the people can overthrow it. Emperor Zianlun reacted in his own way: symbolically affirming the unshakability of the dynasty, he built a boat made of marble, which still decorates the artificial lake of the Summer Palace in Beijing. He does not know how to swim, but does not sink.

Judging by the stripping of politics, the escalation of power and the entire machinery of processing consciousness, such an image of power is close to our leadership, up to the “support to the bottom”. The political fortification itself is already issued: the old square is fenced for long time and a cast fence, and the personnel is built up with a decorative nonsense, which destroyed the place for a million disagreements in the city.

If the Chinese boat is called a “ship of purity and peace”, then our political architecture is closer to fortifications in case of war, one must think, civilian.

The power in this model rests on its own basis, and no external "water" can absorb it. She is sovereign without any references and reservations, her source in her herself. The will to power is imperative here, the rejection of power is close to suicide. If, according to Karl Schmit, a genuine sovereign is the one who introduces a state of emergency, then we already have an emergency in fact, albeit sluggish.

This kind of monoliths do not exclude updates, but peculiar. During the second opium war, the Anglo-French corps burned a wooden superstructure of the Chinese boat. Empress Tsycy restored the architectural masterpiece in order to continue to drink her Chinese tea there. This story is a vivid prototype of our innovation, and the very policies of imitation of authenticity with a body kit from parts similar to modern ones. The superstructure is lurking under democracy, and the institutions that provide a scientific and technological throw and all other moves forward are not much different from the stone wheels of the Chinese craft.

Political pyramid

The actions of the current government often look a purely situational reaction, impulsive, if not convulsive. Which does not exclude world-historical claims with the ideas of the global mission and the problem of the “textbook of history” (which will remain in the memory of the country and the world, people and humanity). This can be treated with any irony and skepticism, but you can not discount from the accounts in the understanding of a number of assessments and motives. Even the usual bustle on a powder barrel does not exclude thoughts about the results and the image of the rule as a whole.

The functional link does not understand this, or understands it vibrantly. The holiday comes to us with a clearly abnormal obsession, including incredibly small occasions.

A manic installation works to create the appearance of a continuous series of victories on all fronts and in all the smallest clashes with life.

Continuous illumination. Tactical actions are more often secondary and reactive, but always depict a non -monetary initiative - even if it is clear “answer” or intricate interpretations of failures, when the defeat from victory can not be distinguished at all. It is more or less pointedly, but in general, the image of nervous throwing for fame, even unkind. Since in regular political work everyone is responsible for their site, there is no problem here in the choice of funds. Few people think about how all this looks in general and how it will be described later, when the current reporting will leave and the place in history will determine the style, the political form.

Operational consciousness is generally fixed on efficiency. The reaction should be decisive and lightning fast, albeit to the detriment of the quality and even at the cost of fan increasing problems. Sergei Korolev said: “You will do it quickly, but badly, quickly forgotten, it will remain badly. You will do slowly, but well, slowly forgotten, it will remain good. ” When the routine of the crisis constantly has to block with exciting events and loud undertakings, the performers respond exclusively here and now. Therefore, this is the total result.

Even greater problems are the attempts of the retinue to build a miraculous monument to the leadership along the way. It turns out a lifetime tombstone, which is comparable to the Cenotaf of Newton, the work of the Bulla's work on the cyclopic scale and style. This dimension is close to the ideas of the new section of the world by the leaders of the superpower (as in Yalta), the final completion of the Second World Treaty with Japan or the accession of Belarus, once outweighing Habomai and Shikotan.

As a result, this architectural metaphor approaches the greatness of the pyramids - the stability of the form, and the sacred, cult meaning of the structures built during the life of the client. But in our design there is another image of the pyramid-financial and investment. This is a hybrid, combining reckless dispersal of bets, losses and acquisitions simultaneously in the economy, social sphere, technology and politics, internal and external. Each bummer is overlapped with a promptly organized success, which, in turn, generates new complications, and so in growing. One trouble is in a hurry to change the other, but it closes all the new reasons for building up pride, determination and an unprecedented rise for peacetime. The country does not live, but worries, constantly digesting the cramping of each other incidents and incidents. Great phrase from the "Old New Year": "Events in people, events!"

The main problem of such pyramids is their exceptionally cost ideologism. The shortage of costs for dividends is not even overlapped with new receipts, but by sources of particularly strong emotions and impressions, the organization of which, in turn, costs even more money. This is a caliber of hybrid wars, sensational megaprojects, the content of "friends", a chronic holiday, etc. The fact that they used to be poured with money is now poured with passions, but the funds for this theater have to be squeezed by the same population, the growing concern of which requires the overlap with new, even stronger passions. A typical closed contour with a mathematically positive, but socially and economically extremely negative feedback.

The system works, but there are already distinct threats of the collapse of the pyramid. Problems are no longer only with a global rated ceiling, resource deficiency and functionality decomposition. Putting shifts in the minds and psychology of the bulk of the participants - investors and beneficiaries of all this pyramid, are planned,

They are fraught with classical bankruptcy - a panic of seizure of political loyalty deposits.

Autocephalus of the brain

One of the most resonant in this regard was a two -stage (spring and autumn) study of public moods conducted by the team of Mikhail Dmitriev. The doom of this kind of pyramids is already embedded in the most political psychopathology of structures and masses. Malignant narcissism begins where a painfully raised psyche harms ordinary physiology (Narcissus and Echo, as you know, also died from the fixation in images and, as a result, from hunger). Exalted narcissism is directly related to a classic attraction to death.

The external symptom is a fascination with beautifulities, suspiciously similar in centuries and countries, including in old China and New Russia. The pavilion of a charming landscape, a garden of harmonious interests, the temple of the radiance of virtue, a sea of ​​wisdom and reason ...

The typical aesthetics of our political technologists and image makers: artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, digitalization, hypersvuk, megasayens ... However, all this splendor quickly rests on prose life.

The money spent by the Chinese on an unsinkable product and the entire ensemble was taken from a fund collected for the construction of the Navy (30 million Liang, almost a ton of silver during the annual salary of the Middle Eucrhegue of only about 2 Liang). We have the same luxury of the decor of power and imitation of progress in mass poverty and the absence of visible results in the form of specific innovative products.

Sooner or later, all this becomes too noticeable even at the underlying level, especially against the background of the input of more and more pressing tools. At the same time, the authorities themselves can’t but be physically unable to skip the fundamental attitude to the mass poverty of the masses, which were too multiplied by the frivolity of the ancestors and the oversight of the social state. The gap between the wasteful splendor of great politics and the most severe social tinyness is becoming increasingly egregious. This includes self -healing mechanisms from mass narcissistic transfer (which is almost unthinkable in personal pathopsychology).

It is no longer possible to compensate for poverty, devastation, social abandonment and political humiliation with the victories of the power in Africa and sports, national projects and peninsulas sailing into their native harbor.

The inertia of the techniques of mass production of loyalty becomes a problem already for the most political personalism. In the spring, the chief candidate was not served with the ubiquitous "human woman", but in more working condition, on galleys. Now the fall of the ratings seemed to include a personal election program with the pile of informal and non -working episodes that exuding point care and increased soulfulness. Against the background of a fracture in mass sentiments, the effect of this indefatigable sweetness will turn out to be opposite. However, the inertia of strategies and political technologies has their own rhythms, usually with delay.

Historical sinusoids

Discussion of possible changes is a general hobby, although not new. But it is more important to know how stable the trends are stable and what dimensions are they inscribed in: social technologies, politics or history itself?

Russian identity is more often discussing: Russians are spiritualized statesmen, nourished by collectivism and community - or it is cynical anarchists, meaningless and merciless to any government, it is worth giving slack. But it is more interesting how these poles converge, and most importantly, how in history there are fluctuations between extremes, now and then turning the nation almost into their own opposite.

The communist project has modified many traditional Russian properties, hypertrophy of them to a conceivable limit and so destroying them. This is primarily due to the ideas of the state, with the place of ideology and with the social character in the alternative to collectivism/individualism. Otherwise, this is called a tear.

Traditional patriarchal community was involved in the Soviet model in a new quality. When the team not only turns out to be a large and warm whole, which I want to lean, but also climbs into the soul, in bed and into your pocket, including with a threat to freedom and life, social archetypes change sharply. This is called suicide through hypertrophy. “I do not want to be a member of any team” is a typical Soviet statement. And now we are doing normal solidarity to learn from the atomized West.

The traditional Russian ideologism (“Historiosophical Nation”, etc.) also received hypertrophied development in the Soviet model, from which the country came out with subcutaneous disgust for all ideology. The typical position of the average post -Soviet intellectual: with the word “ideology”, the hand itself reaches for heavy objects.

The original Russian statehood survived the same suicide through hypertrophy in a party -state -country proportion characteristic of the USSR. In this model, the party turns institutions into controlled prostheses devoid of independence, so deportation does not lead to the expected emancipation of the state from the party, but to the collapse of the state as a machine that does not work without a sacramental “party card to the table!”. The knight left, empty armor remained - orphan prostheses.

But, as it turned out, the cycles are not interrupted on this. Having slipped at the 1990s one by one, without ideology and unnecessary hope for the state, people again missed the charms of the Soviet model, forgetting the related costs, encumbrances and aggravating circumstances. Under Putin, they felt it and rushed to exploit, but again at the limit of hypertrophy. The society, which was tightened by the ideology, rally and care of the state, for some time accepted the game and seemed to be again entered the usual track-historical, socio-psychological, institutional. Upstairs, with a spin, they started talking about tradition, scrains, codes - about everything allegedly forever Russian in this woman's soul. But in time they stopped short, forcedly again turning to euphemisms of modernization.

Now the "Russian soul" is again changing Galsa, going out to new shifts. She again begins to perceive the state as Leviathan, who climbs into everything, but squeezes more than he gives. Again, the feeling comes that unity and cohesion are heated to turn people into an obedient herd. Again, the massive effects of shadow, latent and penetrating ideology, and even more from clumsy attempts to reconstruct the semblance of ideological officialdom.

The authorities do not understand that this is another historical ties, and not the problem of political technologies and image, pressure on consciousness and psyche.

A characteristic example is a story with pensions. The fall in the ratings began before the decisive announcements of a difficult project. Then I had to include all political resources, including the main one, but it continues to seem to political functionality that this is just a shortage of communication with mass, such as the story with the monetization of benefits. All possible means of processing consciousness are included, including shock distracting maneuvers and new reasons for enthusiasm for getting up from the knees. However, the social psychology and the political form itself have already changed the ties - or, as they would say in Slalom, they were crushed. It is enough only a transition from ideological and political pride to elementary social justice. It makes no sense to prove that the increase in the retirement age is necessary when the control itself is built on unprecedented waste, when individuals, almost cracking from the saw and the extravaganza of demonstrative consumption, are almost cracking from the sawing and poverty culture. The break was indicated, which will be close up for a long time and without a chance of success.

The pyramid begins to crumble in a state of unfinished, and this is subordinated to the laws of history, not a pocket Duma, with all respect. Attempts to monitor the structure and stop the process of its ruining are more reduced to plug the mouth to the public, but it only angers and causes even greater sarcasm. They can do this (a monument to the rule is already offered to be called the “Tutanamon Pyramid”). Laughter for such modes is a symptom of the most alarming.
