In Crimea, the Investigative Committee closed the criminal case against 27-year-old Elina Mamedova for inciting hatred or enmity because of reposts on VKontakte in 2014 and 2015. This is reported by her lawyer from the international human rights group "Agora" Aleksey Ladin.
The case was dismissed due to the partial decriminalization of Article 282 of the Criminal Code. In addition, the investigator asked Rosfinmonitoring to exclude Mammadova from the list of extremists.
Previously, the UK demanded DNA, saliva and voice samples from Elina Mamedova. According to Aleksey Ladin, this was necessary to form a base for extremists.
UPD January 31 Elina Mammadova's data was removed from the "List of terrorists and extremists", information about this was published on the Rosfinmonitoring website .
