The Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan fined activist Olimjon Avezov 20,000 rubles, writes Idel. Realities".

Avezov was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - according to the prosecution, he organized an uncoordinated protest against the pension reform on September 9.

On September 10, 2017, the court fined the activist 10,000 rubles under part 5 of the same article (violation of the procedure for holding an action). The prosecutor's office appealed this decision and asked to recognize Avezov as the organizer of the action, then the Supreme Court of Tatarstan sent the case for a new trial.
