The man says that he tried to find out the legality of the construction site, after which employees of the private security company began to bicker with him. Then the police arrived and, without explaining the reason, detained Baranov. The man's glasses were broken. He was taken to the police department in the Danilovsky district.

During a conversation with OVD-Info, one of the police officers said that Baranov was free. The activist did not have time to leave the territory of the department, as he was told to return. The man managed to report that he was put in a monkey house (KAZ - administrative detention cell) .
