In St. Petersburg, the social teacher of school No. 568 held a preventive conversation with a student of the eighth grade after the relevant decision of the commission on juvenile affairs. The girl told OVD-Info that she was forced to memorize article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (organization of mass movement of citizens in public places).
According to the commission, the schoolgirl took part in an action against the pension reform, which took place on September 9 in many cities of Russia. The girl herself claims that before the arrest she was just waiting for her friend at the subway. The commission still instructed the school to carry out preventive work with the minor.
The girl said that the social teacher first came to one of the lessons and scolded her in front of the whole class. After the lessons, the schoolgirl went into the teacher's office. She, according to the eighth-grader, immediately said: “Now you will write laws on paper and then you will tell them to me.”
The girl had to spend an hour in the office, rewriting Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The teacher demanded that the student come back after the weekend and recite it by heart. In addition, according to the girl, the teacher is going to force her to learn articles about violating the rules of a public event (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and propaganda of Nazi symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
