
The Government of the Russian Federation approved the complex plans of measures in the Krasnoyarsk Territory to reduce the emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air, according to the website of the regional Ministry of Ecology. The total amount of funds will be 200 billion rubles.
So, 68.69 billion rubles were allocated to Krasnoyarsk, which will go to reduce emissions from transport, a new railway ring and adjusting the documentation for the construction of the metro. The costs of modernization of industrial enterprises will be 1.7 billion, 46.5 billion will go to a decrease in emissions from the enterprises of the heat -power and private sector.
A comprehensive plan involves the demolition of emergency houses with stove heating, and 35 ineffective coal boiler houses are planned to be replaced. The authorities plan to improve the existing system of air monitoring, regional eco -supervision and create a forest -park green belt around Krasnoyarsk.
The volume of emissions of pollutants in Krasnoyarsk is planned to be reduced by 22.33%, in Norilsk - by 75%. According to the Decree of the President of Russia, Krasnoyarsk and Norilsk participate in the federal project "Clean Air", designed until 2024.
