The escape was prevented by witnesses of the incident who managed to stop the judge.

Under the wheels of the White Kia, 18-year-old Victoria Zvereva fell on December 22-she crossed the road at the intersection of Stakhanovskaya and Turgenev streets in Krasnodar. Later, the girl will tell that she saw a car at a pedestrian crossing, which, skipping, blinked with headlights, and then rushed forward sharply and knocked down - the girl flew away from the car five meters.

The fact that the culprit of the accident is a judge became known immediately. Victoria Zvereva says that the man was waving a certificate while she was waiting for the arrival of an ambulance. Arsen reacted aggressively at the appearance of the mother of the victim at the scene of the mother of the victim, Marina Zvereva.

The publication of the record made it seemed to be impossible - it intensified both the investigation and verification of the judge. The Krasnodar garrison court reported that they were considering the issue of conducting an official audit against Arsen Krikorov.

And four days after the publication of the video, Victoria Zverev was invited to the Investigative Committee. “Now a pre -trial audit is being conducted, we testified, witnesses were interviewed,” Marina Zvereva told New. - The question was resolved, what - heavy or moderate severity - damage was caused by my daughter during an accident. In turn, Arsen Krikorov denied that he had been driving drunk, and stated that the victim’s relatives demand three million rubles from him. “I do not deny that I was there and is ready to compensate for the damage, if something is required, which I said right away,” the man said. “I was not drunk, I was in an emotional state, for me what happened was a shock.”

As a result of the accident, the girl received a rupture of ligaments, a dislocation of a podzdinnik and abrasion. Victoria rehabilitation will take at least a year, doctors say. “If it is established that the promise to arrest belongs to the judge, then this is a direct violation of the Code of Judicial Ethics,” says Tatyana Tretyak. - Calling with your position is completely unacceptable. The Code of Judicial Ethics regulates the provision of the judge, including outside the court building.

“This question is echoing with a sick issue of all lawyers: the openness of the trial,” Avanesyan notes. - Where there is no video, you can run into any chaos. It is enough to recall an example in the Krasnodar Territory, when the judge of the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory Alexei Shevchenko talked with a lawyer. If not for the record, there would have been no resignation.
