In front of the White House stands Rustam Korelin. It has a helmet and an orange specialist. In the hands-a poster of four sheets, just glued in the catering: “I work in harmful production on the oligarch-billionaire. My salary is only 25 thousand rubles. There is no early retirement. There is no trade union. There are no prospects. This is unfair !!! "
Wet snow sculpts Korelina in the face. Rustam trembles with cold and lack of sleep: flew to Moscow immediately after the night shift at the Fores factory in the town of Sukhoi Log. The factory produces a propront. These are granules that are pumped into oil wells to grin the layers and more efficient production. The main Benifier of the Foress group is Sergey Shmotyev, a businessman and a collector of works of art. The 39-year-old Korelin for the fourth year has been working on Forses with a cinema.
- Can you imagine granulation plates? The raw materials ride on them like water. Nozzles spray the emulsion for gluing. The granules roll, fall on the tape, go through a sieve, a drying installation - and to the roar a . Understood? - Sells to explain Korelin. - Okay, I'll show the video later ...

Five minutes later, a gray van drives up to Rustam, as in an action movie. Five employees of the Federal Security Service (FSO) are dumped from the car. They shout that Rustam, as well as a deputy of the City of Asbest, Natalya Krylova, who came to support the worker, and Novaya Gazeta correspondents are conducting an inconsistent campaign. Then they read the poster. Stuck. Check the documents - already polite. They ask even more polite where and how much Rustam plans to stand. Leaving.
“I was at first confused,” Rustam admits. - I think: I just arrived - and immediately in Kutuzka!
On Thursday, Korelin no longer has enough strength on Red Square, and he goes to the Kremlin on a fine Friday. Walks, photographed. Selects a point between the frontal place and an ice rink - against the backdrop of the Spasskaya Tower and in front of the See Nikolskaya Street. He puts on a helmet again. Meets with a poster of tourists walking with Nikolskaya. Walking in the opposite direction also turn their heads. Some take pictures.

We cut it: 6 minutes 32 seconds. So many law enforcement officers allowed Rustam to picket on Red Square.
At first, the policeman seemed to even let Korelina let go of the world. But a minute later he returned and still asked the worker to go to the China-Gorod police department. There they explained to him that the procedure for holding public actions on Red Square is determined by the president. And they handed the agenda to the court on January 31. According to Korelin, the police reacted to him with sympathy, "halved."
Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which Korelin formally violated, provides for 10 to 20 thousand rubles of a fine. Rustam refused the court at the place of residence.

- Is it true if people who are barking their health in harmful production receive 25 thousand? Corelin argues. (Novaya Gazeta correspondent in the Urals Ivan Zhilin talked with Rustam in the Little family of Korelins on the eve of his departure to Moscow. In case the case was not limited to the agenda to the court. Korelin was about to knock on the cupbox.)
- The retirement age was raised, taxes were raised, prices were raised, and they forgot to increase salaries.
In the spring of 2018, Rustam noted that night shifts began to be paid in the same way as daytime.
“Work at night has always paid 20% higher than work during the day,” Korelin explains. - I asked the men: payments were reduced to everyone. Let's go to the accounting department. They stated that earlier, they say, they were paid illegally, but "now everything will be according to the law." I could not stand it, complained to the prosecutor's office. And what in the end? I was caught by the director, Alexander Grigoryevich Konstantinov. He asked to go to his office, cursed that I went to the organs, but was supposed to go to him. In short, two accountants were fired. The surcharges were returned.
- And then they reduced by a quarter of payments for the work done. Previously, we were paid from 14 to 24 rubles for a ton of the proof, and from December they began to pay from 9.75 to 18 rubles, ”says Dmitry Dudyrin's partner, Rustama.
Low salaries are half -workers. Dmitry shows a video from the workshop on the phone. Dust flies through the room with thick clubs. Explains:
- This is Olivin of small grinding. And in it there is an asbestos. That is, our working conditions are harmful. And since the harmful working conditions, then our workers should not be released at 65, but at 55. Plus, for harmfulness, surcharges to a salary are provided from 4% to 27%. The authorities say that asbestos is not in the dust. But how is it not if we work with him?
- Probably, you can make measurements?
- Yeah, have already been conducting. Rospotrebnadzor came or something like that.
Before their arrival, the equipment was turned off: the measurements eventually showed that we are working in perfect cleanliness.
-You probably have to have some kind of protective suit.
“If,” Rustam grins. - When I came, they still gave respirators with filters, as expected. And now they give medical masks that do not protect from anything. From the dust constantly bitterness in his mouth, as if worrying chewed. Silicatosis develops ( the growth of connective tissue in the lungs; a professional disease of people who work with silicates and breathe silicate dust. - Ed. ).
“But not only because of the dust of the problem,” Dudyrin notes. - For example, we have a very strong vibration in the workshop. Over ten years, I have two hernias in the lumbar department got out of her. In addition, noise: according to the norms, if people work at the noise level of 75 decibels, they should have 15 minutes of break for each hour of work. And if the noise exceeds 100 decibels, then in such conditions you can only work two hours a day. Our noise reaches 120 decibels, and we work for 12 hours.
Unable to get from the authorities either to increase salaries or improved working conditions, the workers decided to create an independent trade union.
- Now we have 20 people out of 800 workers at the enterprise. At the same time, almost all workers except the authorities unofficially support us. People come up and say: “Guys, as soon as you stand on two legs - we are to you,” says Korelin. - Last year, in December, we held a rally for raising salaries and reducing retirement age. 40 workers came. Gradually, people stop being afraid, pull themselves up.
After creating the trade union, Rustam began troubles.
- I am systematically brought to dismissal. They find fault with any reason. We have coupons at the factory: each worker has three of them. If you make a misconduct, they can tear a coupon. Three coupons were torn off - dismissal. Here I already had one: for the fact that when loading the proof in the car I did not use the stairs, but climbed the car itself. And how to use this staircase if it is shattered? It’s scary to stand on it. So I would not go to Red Square. And after these nit -picking, he really freak out.

“On November 26, last year I was generally summoned to talk to the security service,” says Dmitry Dudyrin.
-One employee directly said that I was in vain shooting working conditions on video and “greyhound”, because a car with five or six men who will load me to the trunk can drive me up to hell, and no one will see me anymore.
Of course, I was a little in shock: I have a wife, children, and here is such a statement.
However, workers are not going to abandon the trade union.
“In the future, it needs to be expanded and united with other factories,” Korelin argues. - We are told that the average salary in the country is 42 thousand rubles. Probably, we, the factory workers, deserved to have at least an average salary? But she is nowhere to be found in the Ural factories.

The workers could not find the support of officials in dry logs: the city depends on the factory. But the workers were supported in neighboring Asbestos, where, after elections to the City Duma in 2017, the Communist Party and Fair Russia came to power.
“The question of small salaries is not only at Fores, but also at other Ural enterprises,” says Natalya Krylova, deputy of the City Duma. - In the Asbestovsky city district, almost every factory is unhappy with salaries. Just on Forses, people stopped being afraid and decided to defend their rights.
The thesis of Natalia Krylova and Rustam Korelina that the Urals of salaries below the national average is confirmed by the lists of factory vacancies: the average offered salary is 30–35 thousand rubles.
- Of course, we decided to help the workers. We advise them, help draw up complaints, cover their events in the media. We are talking about their problems. And, you know, have already made many enemies for themselves.

According to Natalia, after she began to actively help the workers at Foresa, the campaign unfolded against her in the Sverdlovsk media.
“They began to write that I work to the West, because in Europe Asbest is prohibited as a toxic substance causing cancer,” she says. - And I supposedly urge to close asbestos plants. And not only Fores, but also the rest. Including Uralsbest, which is a city -forming for my city. So: I never called to close the plants. And I am against the ban on Asbest. But still, if people work with this harmful substance, then let's raise their salaries, and give the opportunity to retire earlier. After all, in our factories, net profit is calculated by billions, and people get a penny and look at the packaging of eggs “9 pieces at a price of 10”.
The leadership of Foresa Novaya Gazeta said that they did not understand the outrage of "some workers." According to the deputy executive director Andrei Rastorguev, the amounts that factory workers receive in their hands depend on the work they did.
- The workers' salary consists of several components. A fixed salary, compensation for nutrition and production - that is, for each ton of propant, the worker receives a certain amount. For December, the Shikhtovschik Rustam Korelin received 31 thousand rubles before the deduction of personal income tax. About 26 thousand in hand. Workers from another shift, which made more, received 40 thousand.
Of course, compared with salaries in Moscow, salaries at our factory do not seem very high, but for dry logs they are worthy, higher than average.
About the harmful working conditions of Rastorguev says as follows: “We admit that there is really dust in the workshops that does not bring benefits to the health of workers. We are fighting permanent with this problem. But there is no asbestos in this dust. About Asbest - a lie. "
According to Rastorguev, the reprimand of Korelin for the failure to use the stairs during loading of the punishment was canceled.
- We found out that the staircase was really shook. True, the workers had to write a report as soon as they found it. But they did not. We do not have any persecution of factory workers who do not agree with the policy of the enterprise. Of course, I do not want to build conspiracy versions, ”said Rastorguev (and built immediately),“ but there is information that all this is “dissatisfaction of the workers” and their support by deputies from Asbest - the result of the campaign against our plant. We believe that they want to squeeze us out of the market.
UPDATE
When Rustam Korelin returned to the plant on the plant on the morning, he was awarded two orders for disciplinary sanctions: for being late for a shift in December and for a video of a conversation with a master.“I go to work with a friend, he lives nearby and takes a few people on the way,” Korelin told Novaya Gazeta. - And then in December frosts hit, and he could not start the car. And our taxi, as a rule, is booking in a day to take children to kindergarten and the like. I'm calling - there are no free ones. He ran to the guys, the car was eventually set up, but for 15 minutes they were late. And I asked the master why, after the rally, such an attitude towards us began. The phone was at hand - and I recorded this conversation.
