New historical era

Oppositionist Vyacheslav Maltsev announced the day of the Russian Revolution on November 5, 2017. Six years before this date, his channel on YouTube began to broadcast, in honor of which they named the movement: "Artillery and Art." Over the years, Maltsev on fuel from economic populism, permissible nationalism and video broadcasts took off to the status of the leader of opinions. True, he did not last long.

With searches, detentions and arrests of activists, the law enforcement agencies did not wait for 5.11.17. On the planned day, there was no promised large -scale protest or total credit amnesty : thousands have entered the streets, but not millions. A little less than 450 people were detained throughout the country. Maltsev himself, fearing criminal prosecution, disappeared in France. After the revolution, there were more than 35 criminal cases for 35 people, many of whom are still waiting for sentences, and the timer on the former website of the movement, almost sadly declaring zero seconds before the onset of a new historical era.

The smell of gasoline and current against the skin

There were four days left before the change of historical eras, when Oleg Dmitriev, Sergey Ozerov and Oleg Ivanov, flew to the future fugitive Vadim Dmitrok. According to the investigation - members of the terrorist community lived here. All four were forced to undress and lie on the floor. This did not prevent them from noticing how the police burst into the balcony: from there the sound of broken glass comes, the caustic smell of gasoline stretches.

On the balcony, operatives find white towels, ten bottles of lemonade, two Duchesi bottles and one Tarhuna, two solvent bottles and a metal canister with gasoline. Later, in this obvious workpiece, the examination will not find “Molotov cocktails”: pure gasoline was poured into glass bottles, with the help of which, according to the prosecution, it was planned to set fire to the Kremlin. The combustible gasoline shells in theory can be used, but without a thickener the flame will quickly go out. At the same time, on the phones of the detainees, operatives find photos of instructions leaflets for the preparation of this “Molotov cocktail”.

According to the lawyer Dmitriev Nikolai Fomin, the problems with the evidence base of the case begin directly on the balcony: no fingerprints of fingers or hands were found on 11 bottles of 13 lemonade bottles. The testimony of an explosive technique interrogated in court is added to this: such a cocktail can explode from shaking, sun or cigarettes. Dmitriev, Ozerov and Ivanov say they smoked right in the apartment. In addition, the doors to the room and on the balcony do not close the key: anyone could put the blanks of cocktails.

Due to the fumes of spilled gasoline, Dmitriev fainted. His neighbors heard that after this, the NTV film crew stopped shooting. The activists did not like this: future "terrorists" thought to move away from Mayorov. Now they recall that it was Mayorov who brought a large bag with bottles of lemonade. Lawyer Fomin suggests that the quarrel in the “terrorist cell” becomes a catalyst for all the errors in the evidence and investigation: because of the haste, the apartment is stormed until Maltsev’s supporters had time to part.

Maiorov for the first and last time fell on the video of Zelenin’s activist four days after the publication of the first letters. On the record, activists next to the possible house of Maltsev urge the former leader of the revolution to go outside. In the hands of the phones: every second leads its own air. One of the eight volumes in the case of Dmitriev and accomplices is dedicated to the accused in the Maltsev case. Basically, the work of the activist and blogger "Artillery" Nadezhda Belova (in the documents - Petrova). According to investigators, she was part of the “community” with Dmitriev, Ozerov and Ivanov, and also coordinated other activists. On November five, she supposedly had to set fire to administrative buildings.

Before November 5, Belova traveled through the regions and called on the activists of the “artillery” on the day of the “Revolution” to come to the “people's gathering” on Red Square. She combined regional supporters into conditional detachments of 3-4 people who gave instructions. She took turns introducing Dmitriev, Ozerov, Ivanov and Mayorov. They met Belova directly opposite the Kremlin, which, in case of the case file, they wanted to set fire to - in McDonald's on Okhotny Ryad.

In the case file and courtroom, Belov is sometimes called an assistant or deputy Maltsev. In the video in front of Maltsev’s house in France and in the letters of Dmitriev, Ozerov and Ivanov, she is called the provocateur and the FSB officer. In favor of their argument, they write that the son of Belova is behind bars (according to the “drug” article) and with the help of him the activist may press the special services.

In the case of Dmitriev, Ozerov and Ivanov there is Tom dedicated to the cause of Maltsev. There is a printout of the conversation between Nadezhda Belova, Andrei Tolkachev and two more men. This conversation was allegedly stored at Tolkachev on a flash drive of the house before the search. In the decryption, activists are discussing the Russian march, plans for explosion of power lines - supposedly if you blow up one tower, all the rest, like dominoes, the wind will fall - and sabotage of the metro with the help of backpacks with clothing or garbage left on the rails. Tolkachev is silent most of the time, and if he opens his mouth, he simply agrees. Belova - on the contrary, constantly offers new partisan plans. Later in a conversation, Tolkachev says: "Let's come up with something ourselves, not so dangerous."

Svetlana Tolkacheva, Andrei’s wife, recalls the search: “I saw how five flash drives were seized, I haven’t seen such a number in the house.” She says that the husband always behaves calmly.

In a few groups in social networks and on the video of the remaining supporters of the “artillery” Belov, Belov is sometimes reproached for recording compromising conversations for the FSB. The public defender of Ozerov and activist Inna Kholodtsova insists: the text of the decryption shows how Belova presses on Andrei Tolkachev. However, according to lawyer Fomin, this decoding was not investigated in court.

Another possible consequence of the attempt to combine things is the performance of the witness Andrei Kepty, who is a defendant in the Maltsev case. Mediazona wrote with reference to her source that Kepty refused a lawyer by agreement and testified against himself and other accused. Perhaps that is why he acted in practice Dmitriev, Ozerov and Ivanov. In the chair of the witness, Kepty tells how Vyacheslav Maltsev urged government buildings during the airbrushing broadcasts. Of the four witnesses, he was the only one who confirmed this hypothesis of the prosecution.

Apparently, the special services could not find calls for the violent overthrow of power in the video blog by Maltsev. Therefore, instead of finding specific videos, witnesses are invited to the court, who allegedly can remember the desired broadcast of the politician.
