For example, Dobrovolsky persistently discussed armed resistance and violence against law enforcement officers with Shakursky.
The woman noted that the testimony of Dobrovolsky appears in the materials of the “Network” case. It is known that he used to be in the Penza nationalist communities.

The mother of Ilya Shakursky Elena Bogatova at the hearing spoke about the threats that she received from the FSB officer Vyacheslav Shepelev. According to her, the man demanded from her the “right commentary” to the NTV channel to reporters, forbidding the existence of a terrorist community and insist on the innocence of his son. Otherwise, Shepelev promised to disseminate information in the pre -trial detention center that Shakursky is supposedly a pedophile.
Earlier, Bogatova reported that journalists were interested not only in the participation of Shakursky in the organization, but also by its interaction with human rights activists. They persistently suggested saying on camera that they include it to certain actions.
According to Bogatova, the FSB employee Shepelev also took part in the search in the house of the accused. The woman said that the man, as soon as he entered the apartment, immediately said to the operatives: "Look under the sofa." It was there that they found a weapon supposedly belonging to Shakursky.
At the hearing, the parents of the defendants said that on the weapons seized from the accused did not find their biological traces. The traces were found only on a gas cylinder found at Shakursky, which the investigation called a home -made explosive device. However, Bogatova assumes that traces could be transferred from islands, which was connected by Shakursky during torture.
Earlier, the accused stated that it was Vyacheslav Shepelev who tortured him. Shakursky reported that he was lowered into the basement, forced to undress, applied electrodes to the tips of the fingers and was shocked. In addition, according to Bogatova, Shepelev personally threatened the accused rape.
The participant of the hearing Alexei Polikhovich told the OVD-Info that NTV journalists came to the event. According to him, they asked questions about the case of “new greatness” and asked why human rights activists help terrorists. Journalists also tried to interview the parents of the accused.
Shishkin did not declare torture, but members of the public observation commission recorded injuries on his body.
