The deceived equity holders of "Restoration" built the "Crying Wall" in Krasnoyarsk

The protest was held in the square of astronauts on January 20. The Restoration investors demanded assistance from the regional authorities. According to the victims, they were offered to create their own housing and construction cooperative. That is, in fact, they must finish at home on their own. However, they can no longer pay extra - many took a mortgage and rent housing at their own expense.

The authorities promised to pay compensation for renting housing - 50 million rubles were allocated for this. But there are no exact deadlines yet.

Recall that the Restoration announced the financial difficulties publicly at the end of 2018, 10 houses remained unfinished. The company was recognized as bankrupt, and its director is now hiding abroad. 1.5 thousand people suffered from the actions of the developer.

The authorities explained, 3 houses will be completed by insurance. For the rest of 7 non -construction, the issue will be resolved when they make up a full register of equity holders.

Now it has 800 people in all non -construction of the city. Of these, 145 families were left without their only housing. They plan to resume the construction of the Restoration houses this summer.
