In Chechnya, on January 21 and 22, the trial on the head of the local branch of the Memorial Oyub Titiyev continued. He is accused of storing 200 grams of marijuana. Not for sale and not for use, but just like that. Every day, a person has been going on a blade with his human rights for the last 18 years. The speaker of the Chechen parliament has just called him an enemy of the people. And he travels with a package of drugs under a passenger chair. Moreover, it recklessly scatters on the rug "grains of green-brown grass."

On the one hand, someone in Chechnya is entitled to “Golden Raspberry” for the most failure scenario. On the other hand, the Titiev case inherits the best cartoons about a modest hero and nonsense villains. In each series, the attempt of the Chechen security forces to annoy Oyuba ends for them with a fall on a banana peel or burnt asses.

And here is another fiasco. On January 21, it turned out: the drug examination was done in such a way that it is impossible to unequivocally say whether it is. This conclusion was reached by the chemical experts from the non-profit organization "Forensic Expert", to whom Titiev’s lawyers gave the document for the recheck.

The New Gazeta has already reported that the Shalinsky City Court is huddled in a flip building, on the facade of which the “Business Center” was written in gold letters above the portraits of the father and son of Kadyrov and Vladimir Putin. Meanwhile, hemp has several species, including a forty, in which the content of the psychoactive substance is negligible.

Primak and her colleague Eduard Bordaev told the court that the results of the official examination cannot be verified, because the imprisonment did not even indicate how the calculations were made.

And a new examination does not make sense, because the material thing was stored not in laboratory conditions and probably changed its properties.

- The examination was carried out in one day and did not care at all about a possible double -check. They do this when they are sure that no one will check, or they know exactly what kind of substance it is, because they themselves put it, ”Ilya Novikov explained to Novaya Gazeta.

The judge refuses to introduce an expert opinion to Primak and Bordaev.

Oyub Titiev, in a religious hat, I from the velor, watches all this, folding his hands on his chest. But this is Chechnya, in which the power practices hopeless executions, and a person who does not agree with this threatens three to ten.
